Sleep for Littles is committed to providing families the support, education, and resources they need to create healthy, restorative, sleep habits for life.
Hi! I’m Kelly!
I’m a mom of 2, wife, elementary special education teacher, and a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Newborn Care Specialist. I’m also an IVF mama, two-time C-section mama, and a CMPA + reflux x2 mom — so when I say I get it, I truly do. I’m fueled by naps, coffee, and a deep passion for helping tired parents get the sleep they so desperately need.
When I had my son, the lack of sleep totally threw me for a loop. If I’m being completely transparent, the exhaustion impacted every aspect of my life: my marriage, my friendships, my work, and my mental health. Add in reflux, feeding challenges, and postpartum recovery, and I found myself desperately searching for answers — only to feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and “one-size-fits-all” solutions. I wished someone would’ve just handed me the magic recipe to help him sleep.
Fast forward — I did eventually get him to sleep. But more importantly, that season of exhaustion sparked a deep passion for supporting other families navigating infant and toddler sleep, especially those facing extra layers like IVF journeys, C-section recovery, reflux, CMPA, and medical complexity. In 2021, Sleep for Littles was born.
Fun fact: I hate the term “sleep training.” Too often it’s associated with intense crying, pressure, and fear-based messaging — and that never sat right with me. I believe sleep support should feel safe, responsive, and aligned with your values.
Today, I help parents cut through the noise with realistic, evidence-based, and gentle sleep solutions that honor both you and your baby. No one-size-fits-all advice. No pressure. No judgment. Please know — you don’t have to walk this journey alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way 🤍
