About Sleep For Littles

Our mission

At Sleep for Littles, our mission is to empower families with compassionate guidance, evidence-based education, and personalized support to build healthy, restorative sleep habits that last a lifetime. We believe every family deserves a plan that honors their child's unique needs while strengthening confidence, connection, and restful sleep for the entire family.

Hi! I’m Kelly!

I'm a mom of two, wife, elementary special education teacher, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Newborn Care Specialist. I'm also an IVF mama, two-time C-section mama, and a CMPA + reflux + oral tie x2 mom—so when I say I get it, I truly do. I'm fueled by naps, coffee, and a deep passion for helping tired parents get the sleep they so desperately need.

When I had my son, the lack of sleep completely turned my world upside down. If I'm being completely honest, the exhaustion affected every part of my life—my marriage, my friendships, my work, and my mental well-being. Add in reflux, feeding challenges, and postpartum recovery, and I found myself desperately searching for answers, only to be met with conflicting advice and one-size-fits-all solutions. More than anything, I wished someone would simply hand me the recipe for better sleep.

Eventually, we found our rhythm. But more importantly, that season of exhaustion ignited a passion for helping other families navigate infant and toddler sleep with confidence and compassion, especially those facing additional challenges like IVF journeys, C-section recovery, reflux, CMPA, and medical complexities. In 2021, that passion became Sleep for Littles.

One thing you should know about me? I don't love the term sleep training. Too often it's associated with rigid methods, excessive crying, and the idea that families have to choose between healthy sleep and responding to their child. I believe there's a better way.

That's why I created my signature Sleep Shaping™ approach—a responsive, evidence-based philosophy that gently shapes healthy sleep habits while honoring your child's developmental needs and your parenting values. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all program, we'll work together to create a personalized plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and right for your family.

My goal isn't just to help your child sleep better. It's to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered every step of the way. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, navigating the newborn stage, struggling with naps, frequent night wakings, or toddler bedtime battles, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I'm so glad you're here, and I can't wait to be part of your family's journey to healthier, more restful sleep. 🤍🤍
